Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Mythic Works LLC (“we,” “us,” or “Mythic Works”) governing your use of the Memnai platform (“the Service”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Memnai is a self-serve reporting and data operations platform. It connects to your databases and APIs, translates natural-language questions into queries, and renders interactive dashboards with charts, tables, and exports.

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately at hello@memnai.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, networks, or data not intended for you
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service to store, transmit, or process data you do not have the right to use
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent

You retain all ownership rights to the data you connect to or upload through the Service (“Your Data”). We do not claim ownership of Your Data.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to access, process, and display Your Data solely to provide the Service to you. This license terminates when you disconnect a data source or delete your account.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to connect data sources and query data through the Service.

The Service uses AI to generate SQL queries and API requests from your natural-language input. You acknowledge that:

• Generated queries are provided as suggestions and you are responsible for reviewing them before execution
• We display a preview of every generated query for your approval before it runs against your data
• We are not liable for the results of queries you choose to execute
• AI-generated output may occasionally be inaccurate or suboptimal

Database credentials and API keys you provide are encrypted at rest and are never logged or exposed in API responses. We access your data sources only to execute queries you explicitly approve.

We recommend connecting with read-only database roles and least-privilege API keys. We are not responsible for data modifications resulting from credentials with write access that you choose to provide.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance, and upstream data sources may experience independent outages beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time with reasonable notice.

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms are described on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time with notice.

Free tiers and trials may be offered at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

The Service, including its design, code, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of Mythic Works LLC and is protected by copyright and other laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

Dashboards and exports you create using the Service are yours. We claim no ownership over your output.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mythic Works LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that AI-generated queries will be error-free, optimal, or suitable for your specific use case.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mythic Works LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may close your account by contacting us at hello@memnai.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including limitation of liability, indemnification, and intellectual property) will continue in effect.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
